The College of Islamic Sciences organizes a course for the verification of manuscripts

The College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala organized a manuscript verification course for faculty professors and masters and doctoral students, in cooperation with the Heritage Revival Center at the Holy Hussaini Shrine. The course lasts for one month. The course began on Tuesday 5/1/2021 and ends on Tuesday 2/5/2021, at a rate of two hours each. A week in Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, for postgraduate studies, a group of professors and masters and doctoral students from the Qur’anic Studies and Fiqh Department and the Qur’an Language and Literature participated in the course.

This was attended on the first day by Mr. Hussein Hadi Al-Mousawi from the Hussaini Holy Shrine, and the aim of the course is summarized by shedding light on the art of investigation of Qur’anic manuscripts, jurisprudence and others that include the most valuable sciences that our media scholars made strenuous efforts in order to compose them … So it was necessary to study these The effects, manifesting them, and encouraging students and professors to find out and investigate them..so this session came to facilitate the means of investigation by showing the important and required steps in the science of investigation.
