Dean Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs

The divisions and administrative units of the Office of the Deans Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs provide their services to teaching staff, officials, students, graduates and others.

The organizational structure of the Dean Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs consists of the following divisions:

The Administrative Section- The Accounts Section- The Legal Section- The Diwan – The Maintenance and services Section.

The Dean Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs and the affiliate divisions aim at establishing an electronic system that links the departments, divisions and units of the college with one electronic circuit for the purpose of facilitating the distribution of internal and external mail as well as switching from the traditional way of management in all its aspects to the electronic one.

We also intend to involve staff members in training courses to develop their skills.
