The Department of Quranic Studies at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a joyful celebration on the occasion of the birth of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her).

The ceremony included a group of paragraphs, including reading verses from the Holy Quran, and the speech of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Professor Dr. Dhurgham Al-Mousawi, then followed by speeches by the Rapporteur of the Department of Quranic Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rahi, and the teacher, Professor Zulfiqar Adel, and activities for a number of students of the third stage, evening study.

The ceremony, which was held on Wednesday corresponding to 11/30/2022, aims to shed light on the life of Mrs. Al-Aqeela, her jihadist biography in all stages of her life, and the hardships, tribulations, and grave sacrifices she endured, which today have become an eloquent lesson in humanity and courage, and a beacon for steadfastness and the strength of Muslim women for the sake of Religion and the tolerant message.
