Abstract

After examining the concepts of prophethood and imamate, we find that there are attributes and characteristics that cannot be separated under any circumstances. This commonality and agreement between them is intended to achieve the goal of resurrection. This thesis addresses an interpretive study of the concept of “consistent major principles” within the context of prophethood and imamate. It reviews the essential attributes shared by prophethood and imamate, which are major positions in Islam. God Almighty has given them numerous attributes and characteristics, which I have grouped under the following major principles:
• Material and Spiritual Purity:
Absolute general purity is consistent in prophethood and imamate. Purity, both spiritual and material, is mingled within them. As for the spiritual aspect, they were purified from the filth of sin, disbelief, and ignorance, from all obscenities and vices, and from congenital and moral defects. They were found to be pure when God took the covenant of His Lordship in the world of particles. They devoted themselves to servitude to God Almighty before He created His creation in the lower world. Regarding physical purity, God Almighty made the prophets and guardians from a single family, from the Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) to the awaited Imam, the Proof (may God hasten his noble reappearance). They were passed down through lofty loins and pure, virtuous wombs. Their births were pure, and their bodies were cleansed of all impurity or filth. Impurity was never brought near them in any way.
• Legislative and Constitutional Authority
The absolute general authority is transmitted through prophethood and imamate. They possess dominance, sovereignty, and the right to legislate and codify rulings as God Almighty willed. Thus, God Almighty granted them the right to be obeyed by His servants, to submit to them, to be satisfied with their words, to support and love them, and to disavow their enemies.
They possess absolute authority and the power to influence the world of creation and nature, and to act in the world of creation, relying on the permission of God Almighty.
The study reviewed the dual role of prophets and imams in legislation (interpreting and conveying divine rulings) and formation (managing the affairs of the universe by God’s permission), emphasizing the complementarity between these two aspects.
• Occultation:
Occultation has occurred in prophethood and imamate. God Almighty concealed the title or identity of some of His saints, despite their complete knowledge of what was happening to people. They concealed themselves from people by God’s command, for reasons such as disciplining their people, fearing being killed, or other motives.
• The Return:
The return is mentioned in the prophecy and the Imamate. It is a lesser physical resurrection. It is a timed resurrection in this world before the Day of Judgment. They will return to this worldly life after their death and live a second life on this earth until they die again. They are the Prophets (peace be upon them) and the Imams (peace be upon them), and a specific group of people who will distinguish the truthful from the false, and the oppressed from the oppressors. It occurred among previous nations and will occur in the future, when the awaited Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his noble reappearance) rises. As for the greater resurrection, when all people are resurrected on the Day of Resurrection to face their reckoning, the Prophets (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them) and the Imams (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them) will have a role in the arenas on the Day of Resurrection. They will testify that they conveyed to their people what would establish proof against them, and they will intercede, by Allah’s permission, for whomever they want from among the sinful creation who deserved to enter Hell. Just as the scale for the weight of deeds is only according to the degree of belief in them, the belief in their guardianship, and being guided by them.

Abstract

Our research addressed an important topic, “Al-Khairat Al-Hasan fi Tafsir Al-Quran” (The Good Deeds in the Interpretation of the Qur’an), by the author, Sheikh Muhammad Ridha Al-Gharawi Al-Najfi (d. 1385 AH), a study and investigation. Our research plan was divided into two parts, as follows:
The first part: The study, which includes three sections. The first section dealt with the author, including his name, lineage, birth, prominent family members, his struggles, his cultural upbringing, the statements of scholars about him, his teachers, sheikhs, and students, his poetry and prose, and the date of his death. The second section dealt with the work, including the title of the book and its attribution to its author, the reason for composing the book, the time of its composition, the author’s methodology in composing the book, and the sources he relied on. The third section dealt with narrative interpretation, and included: interpretation in terms of language and terminology, interpretation in terms of language and terminology, and the agreement and disagreement between interpretation. Interpretation, the definition of narrative interpretation, the origins of narrative interpretation, the historical roles of the narrative method, the advantages of narrative interpretation, the shortcomings of narrative interpretation, and the conditions for preferring narratives.
The second section was devoted to the investigation, which included a description of the manuscript, the investigation method, and images from the manuscript. This was followed by the verified text from Surat Al-Kahf to Surat Al-Masad. We then concluded the thesis with a conclusion, followed by a list of sources and references, followed by a summary in English. We ask God Almighty for success and acceptance.

Abstract

The thesis was titled (Sharia Policy between Interpreters and Jurists – An Objective Study)، which is one of the topics that preserves the entity of the nation and the continuity of its survival and civilization; as it contributes to building the Muslim society، as its source is Sharia، whose laws and traditions emanate from the just divine source، as it represents a relationship between the ruler and the ruled، and as it is the supreme authority in societies، as the ruler is God Almighty، who chooses whomever He sees as most suitable to administer the government. But later on، there was disagreement over the caliphate، which led to disagreement over the method of administration and the enactment of laws، which are the basis for achieving security and safety، and the preservation of rights and freedoms. Thus، politics varied between legitimate and illegitimate; therefore، research into it was about clarifying and presenting the opinions of interpreters and jurists on legitimate politics، types of rule، and the diversity of laws and their applications، to identify the aspects of agreement and disagreement between them. This requires clarifying the basic concepts and methods of interpreters and jurists in presenting theories of governance، and then clarifying the principles of Islamic politics and their applications، while paying attention to the difference in the function of each of them، as it is not the function of the interpreter to clarify the rulings and laws as they are established for the qualified jurist، but the interpreter may contribute to facilitating the task of the jurist in deriving rulings and legislating laws from the method of his clarification of the meanings and implications of the verses While Muslim scholars agree on affirming the absolute sovereignty and rule of God Almighty in legislating rulings and enacting all the laws necessary for human life، including state laws and the administration of government and its affairs، it is clear that scholars of interpretation and jurisprudence from both schools differ on who should choose the ruler of the Islamic state. Some say it is God Almighty، while others say it is the nation as a right.. In addition، God Almighty did not leave any law that would benefit societies in managing the state in a way that contributes to the process of reform and achieving security and peace، as is evident from the presentation of those laws to the Sharia policy، some of which regulate the life of the individual، society and the state، such as: the law of peace، justice، right، reform and freedom، and the law of traditions، such as the traditions of competition، succession، empowerment، victory and others. In addition، those who implement it at various social and political levels، in a manner consistent with the universal، comprehensive، and final goals of the Islamic message، and in a manner that enables humanity to live in dignity، security، and stability. Abstract

During this study, the researcher analyzed the recommended
ruling through a careful reading of the philosophy of its legislation
by referring to the reliable and definitive sources such as the Qur’an,
Sunnah, and reason. He found out the extent to which this
philosophy is compatible with the diversity of those obligated to
perform the duty, from the most worshipful to the least. The
researcher also studied the recommended ruling from the
jurisprudential aspect and revealed the general recommended rulings
as well as its divisions, down to the reality of the request in the
recommended ruling and its distinction from the obligatory. The
study also concluded with the most important characteristics of the
recommended in the fundamentalist research, accompanied by
applied models.
As for the reason for choosing the topic, in reality it is the
feeling that the circle of interest in the recommended ruling at the
level of theory in Imami jurisprudence has diminished greatly, and in
fact it is little in its origin except for some research that took up a
large space in the research such as the research on the principle of
tolerance in the evidence of the Sunnah, otherwise many of these
recommended researches did not find the same attention, The
research relied on the analytical foundational approach in the first
degree, through tracking the evidence and trying to reconcile
evidence from the reliable sources, as well as reviewing the words of
the scholars and extrapolating them and analyzing their contents.

descriptive, comparative, and historical to a lesser degree.

The research answered these questions that formed the spirit of
the study and its main problem:
The Qur’an, Sunnah, and reason together stipulated a set of
philosophy of the recommended ruling that forms the legislative
structure and general criteria for this obligatory ruling.
The jurisprudential and fundamentalist research on the
recommended ruling has many characteristics that distinguish it from
other rulings, especially the obligatory ruling, and it is not a marginal
ruling because it shares with it the request.

recommended ruling seemed to be consistent with the philosophy of
the ruling discovered for this ruling, and this appeared clearly in the
results produced by these researches

Abstract

Praise be to God، the One deserving of praise and commendation…the One who bestows abundant gifts and bounties upon His servants، beginning with blessings before they are deserved، from the bounties of the earth and the blessings of the heavens. May blessings and peace be upon the Master of Messengers and Seal of the Prophets، our Master Muhammad، the pure and virtuous Prophet، and upon his pious and honorable family and companions، the possessors of virtue and loyalty، eternal peace until the Day of Judgment…
God Almighty has honored، glorified، and favored man over all other creatures with the gift of reason، enabling him to understand the religious obligations he is charged with، thus elevating him from darkness to light. Given this sublime status of reason and its role in distinguishing between good and evil، righteous and evil، God has commanded us to protect it from anything that would disrupt the tasks for which He created it.
One of the most dangerous reasons for the voluntary disabling of the mind is the use of drugs in all their types and forms، which is considered one of the most dangerous negative phenomena for Islamic society and must be confronted with all force. For this reason، this thesis came under the title (Drugs and their rulings in Islamic jurisprudence، a comparative study with positive law) to shed light on the phenomenon of drugs from a jurisprudential and legal perspective.
This study aims to clarify the legal rulings and their corresponding positive rulings related to drugs. We also outline the criminal penalties for drug offenses in Islamic jurisprudence and law. We also address the rulings on statements and actions under the influence of drugs and their legal and religious implications. We also examine acts of worship، transactions، and crimes committed under the influence of drugs in Islamic jurisprudence and law.
This is our final supplication: Praise be to God، Lord of the Worlds، and prayers and peace be upon the best of all creation، Muhammad، and his pure and good family.

Abstract

Thesis Summary:
This study is based on the investigation of the interpretation of the Holy Quran and its objective scientific study, focusing on identifying the most important approaches used by the interpreter, and these approaches are subject to a precise scientific method, and various tools used to clarify his opinion, formulate his response and document it with evidence and logical proofs supporting his statement, so the thesis was entitled “Nur al-Tawfiq and Kashf al-Taqeeq of Mulla Mohsen bin Muhammad Tahir Al-Qazwini from verse (142) of Surat Al-Baqarah to verse (203) – Study and Investigation”.
The aim of writing it was to shed light on this interpretation and provide a valuable scientific interpretation source for the scientific library, while pointing out its scientific value and its integrated objective approach according to the rules set by Mulla Mohsen Al-Qazwini in his interpretation.
The study consisted of three chapters preceded by an introduction, and accompanied by a conclusion that included the most important results reached by the researcher. Then, the sources and references were listed. The introduction included the most important objectives of the research, the research hypothesis, the reasons for choosing the topic, and the difficulties that the researcher faced during her research, with a statement of the research methodology and plan.
The first chapter included (definition of the author and the work) and included three topics: his life and career, the era of the author, definition of the work and its sources. The second chapter included (the approach of interpreting Noor al-Tawfiq) and included four topics: the approach of Mulla Mohsen al-Qazwini in his interpretation, interpretation by tradition in Noor al-Tawfiq’s interpretation and its applications, the approach of rational interpretation in Noor al-Tawfiq’s interpretation and its applications, the approach of jurisprudential interpretation in Noor al-Tawfiq’s interpretation and its applications. The third chapter included (the approach of linguistic interpretation in Noor al-Tawfiq’s interpretation) and included four topics: Quranic readings and their applications, the linguistic level and its applications, the grammatical level and its applications, the rhetorical level and its applications. The researcher concluded her presentation with a conclusion in which she mentioned the most important results she reached in this journey.
The second section of the study focused on describing the manuscript copy, symbols and abbreviations in the manuscript, our method of investigation, and providing pictures of some pages of the manuscript, followed by the investigated text, then listing the sources and references.
This study has reaped various fruits, as it became clear the extent of Mulla Muhsin al-Qazwini’s knowledge and his immersion in various sciences, which was clearly evident in this interpretation, and the depth of thought, as it showed the amount of scientific value of this interpretation, and his creativity in explaining the Qur’anic meanings and interpretive jokes, and it became clear that Mulla Muhsin al-Qazwini’s effort in interpretation was clear, as the pages of that interpretation were full of opinions, discussions and interpretive responses that reflect a conscious, distinct and accurate mentality. This is a brief presentation of the main focus of the study.

Abstract

The scholars have made great efforts to take care of the Hadith science, so one of the fruits of their efforts was to overcome its difficulties, liberate its issues, and control its origins, so it is obligatory and fair for us not to forget what they did . One of those whose names shone in this field was Sheikh Ahmed bin Idris al-Asha’ari, the Qami of origin and homeland, known as Abu Ali al-Asha’ari and nicknamed the teacher, from the media of the third and fourth centuries ah, who died a year (ه him), and one of the leading speakers and scholars of the Shia Imamate.he left behind from the effects of my book the rarities, quotations and reproaches, but these books did not reach us. he was a contemporary of Imam al-Askari (peace be upon him) and his translators agreed in acknowledging His Majesty, his document and his jurisprudence.
This study came in an introduction, a preliminary research, three chapters, a conclusion, two appendices and indexes, the preliminary research was devoted to the statement of a brief introduction about Sheikh Ahmed bin Idris al-Qomi and Sheikh Al-kilini, then the first chapter dealt with examples of Abu Ali al-Asha’ri ideological narrations, then we touched from the second chapter to mention examples of Abu Ali al-Asha’ri moral narrations, then in the third chapter we dealt with examples of Abu Ali al-Asha’ri Fiqh narrations.
The researcher studied these narrations inductively and analytically, so he quoted all his narrations, then selected models for the study, then translated the narrators of the Hadith, indicated their judgment in terms of Health and weakness, then explained the meaning of the Hadith, followed by the necessary research or issues, and then the conclusion.

Abstract

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
Praise be to God, Lord of the two worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the Master of Messengers,
Muhammad, and his good and pure family.
And after:
Studying the Holy Qur’an and its sciences and engaging in them is one of the most honorable tasks, for which it is worth
devoting a lifetime, as studying the science of similarities is a type of interpretation of the words of God Almighty, and it is a great door of contemplation of the verses of God Almighty, which the Almighty urged us to contemplate on the one hand,
and on the other hand. On the one hand, faith increases when the reader contemplates the Book of God Almighty. The reason for choosing the topic: the science of similarities had not previously been written about in a foundational and theorizing manner. For the purpose of distinguishing between it and another science with which it shares the name (resembling the Qur’an), it is what indicates a multiple meaning and is not known except by referring to the Qur’an itself, the Sunnah, or reason, so we can
determine what is meant. The importance of the research: The Arabic language is characterized by the phenomenon of breadth, and in order to understand the text, there must be limitations to it, in order to avoid the wrong interpretation, and reach the closest possible interpretation by referring to the approved sources. The research plan consists of an introduction and three chapters, which dealt in the first chapter: the theoretical statement of the research concepts. It includes four sections. The second chapter: The history of the problem of the presence of similarities in the Qur’an and the reasons for its appearance, includes four sections. The third chapter: Mechanisms for solving similarities, includes three sections. A conclusion, then a list of sources, and the conclusion in English. .
I concluded my research with a set of results that I derived from my completion of this research, which are recorded in the conclusion. One of my resources in completing this research was the Holy Qur’an, as it is the primary basis for completing this study, in addition to some of the sayings of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) in the book Nahj al-Balagha. I also mentioned some of the sayings of the Imams (peace be upon them) and a number of sources, and I relied on Al-Bayan
Complex by Sheikh Al-Tabarsi (may God have mercy on him).

Abstract

From the first moment, interpreters were interested in the science of interpretation and demanded their interpretive code for the basics and cognitive rules that are needed to understand the meaning, and the interpretation of Mulla al-Qazwini is an extension of the interpretive efforts that preceded him, as he was interested in this science and composed this interpretation. Given the importance of achieving the interpretation, removing the dust from it as it is scientific and enriching knowledge, the thesis was undertaken for the purpose of the interpretation section «Nur al-Tawfiq wa Kashf al-Daqiq»; I realized that it contains a great intellectual product, as its author deposited most of his knowledge and experience in it. The aim of the study was to highlight the efforts of a science of interpretive scholars who devoted themselves, their minds and their thoughts to the Book of God and to clarify its eloquence, miracles and meanings, and to clarify the scientific value of this interpretation by shedding light on its methodology, clarifying its treatments and steps by scholars, and its responses and preferences, which are a prominent feature of its interpretation, and to clarify the status of this interpretation; A comprehensive interpretation of various approaches, especially the narrative classes that sought to understand the Qur’anic text according to the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and the pure Imams (peace be upon them), with what it provides of a history that facilitates understanding the Qur’anic verses and the scope of their meanings. This interpretation has also become not without various Qur’anic opinions interspersed with opinions, preferences and responses that reflect Nair’s thought in understanding and extracting Qur’anic texts To obtain the benefit from the research, it was necessary to divide it into two sections preceded by an introduction.
The first section, the modern section, includes the interpretive section, which first discusses the author’s personal and academic biography, authorizing his writings, then discussing the author’s work, verifying the authenticity of the book and its attribution to the interpreter, his method of interpretation, and his interpretive sources. After that, the first section, which refers to the methods of interpretation and its trends, includes two topics: the first on the methods of interpretation, popular in the interpretive trends, and the second chapter was devoted to examining the linguistic and grammatical topics in this interpretation, and it is divided into three topics: the first on the methods of linguistic interpretatio
preferably in linguistic extremes, supports the linguistic opinions of the interpreter and their responses and preferences .The second section contains a description of the manuscript, the method of investigation, symbols and commercial symbols, then the texts of the investigators. The most important results reached by the study are that this interpretation is one of the comprehensive interpretations of diverse and comprehensive approaches to multiple topics, and that Mulla Al-Qazwini has a clear interpretive effort, as the pages of that interpretation contain opinions, discussions, and interpretive responses that reflect distinct, conscious minds, and the research alerts the interpreter to distinguish when criticizing to correct interpretive opinions in a way that is consistent with the principles and rules of interpretation, which means that Mulla Al-Qazwini’s Tatat refers to the correct uses in constructing interpretive opinions and sayings when explaining the meanings of the Holy Qur’an, and that Mulla Al-Qazwini presented the sayings and sayings, and he was not an imitator and transmitter, but rather he was placing them in their verified, critical place, benefiting from what he chose as an option for the truth and choosing what was contrary to it.
