Islamic law is complementary to the heavenly laws, and it is found<\/p>\n\n\n\n

for the happiness of human beings and taking them out from darkness to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

light. For this reason, man has embarked upon all that he needs in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

achieving these lofty goals and objectives of his existence. Among the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

provisions of Islam is the preservation of human rights and it is<\/p>\n\n\n\n

peculiarities. Islam forbids infringement of these rights and property and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

disposed of their legitimate owners and collect their satisfaction in that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

conduct (Interpretation of the meaning of Islamic Law). The man topics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of this study are the definition of the interpretation, the statement of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

relevant words, and the exposure to it is legitimacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study also sheds light on its effects in society and at all levels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and fields. The study also mentioned the jurisprudential rules related to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the study of the Quran and the sunnah of the prophet Muhammad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(peace and blessing be upon him and his household). the study also<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mentions the provisions of the authorization in the Islamic schools,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mentioned the areas of agreement and difference in some of the issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n
