The College of Islamic Sciences discusses an MA thesis on the development of the relationship between jurisprudential interpretation and objective interpretation

The College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala witnessed the discussion of the master’s thesis of student Hawraa Baqir Abdul Zahra Al-Mousawi about her thesis (The evolution of the relationship between jurisprudential interpretation and objective interpretation. The Secretary) in the college and the discussion committee consisted of
Professor Muhammad Taleb Madloul Al-Husseini from the University of Babylon – College of Islamic Sciences as Chair
Professor Uday Jawad Ali Al-Hajjar from the Kufa Studies Center as a member
Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Muhammad Husayn Al-Ansari from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences is a member
Assistant Professor Dr. Nahida Jalil Abdul-Hassan Al-Ghalibi from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences is a member and supervisor.

In her study, the researcher referred to the relationship between jurisprudential interpretation and objective interpretation. The study dealt with a preface and three chapters. The preface included the scientific rooting of the title terminology and related terms. The first chapter dealt with jurisprudential interpretation, its origin, workbooks, importance, types, similarities, and differences between the types, while the second chapter included the objective explanation, its origin, importance, types, and two components. The third chapter deals with applied models of jurisprudential interpretation, objective interpretation, and jurisprudential interpretation in an objective manner.

The message came out after extensive discussions with many conclusions and recommendations that were praised by the discussion committee.
