Administrative staff tasks

The administrative division in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Karbala University is one of the most paramount division of the faculty, it is considered important link between the college and the university on the one hand and between the college and other bureaus on the other, This section is concerned with following up administrative orders, receiving official letters and private mail, in addition to following up on current administrative developments

and conducting all the administrative matters, affairs of professors and employees. The college took it upon itself to involve its administrative members in the various qualifying courses to develop them and raise the level of competence they have, in order to promote and raise the level of Its performance to the best possible. The administrative division includes:

  1. Staff: This department makes private files for employees to save their administrative and financial data and everything related to their career life such as periods of their absence, presence and transfers, saving and archiving them electronically.
  2.  Incoming letters: Receive the official letters and circulate them to the college departments after they are signed and the dean of the college comments on them.
  3. Issued: It is concerned with issuing official letters from the college to the authorities concerned with them, as well as letters issued by the departments of the college writing and saving them in private lists  and program.
