Discussion of a master’s thesis on the impact of famous jurists on reparation and breaking of the novel

A master’s thesis was discussed in the College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala, tagged (The effect of the most famous jurists on reparation and breaking of the novel – an analytical study) by student Nibras Talib Abdul Mahdi

The discussion began at nine o’clock in the morning on Sunday, 11/22/2020, at the Sadiq Secretary Hall in the college.

The importance of the message comes that the researcher tried to know the work of the jurists in correct and weak narrations, and accordingly, this study was divided into an introduction, an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion, and then a list of sources and references with which the code was concluded.

The researcher reached several results, including:

  1. Fame is overwhelming and overwhelming the weakness of the novel, according to the evidence of building rational people, which necessitates checking in with the relevance of the chests.
  2. In order for fame to be compelling and breaking, conditions, including that the condition’s action or their symptoms be based on the work that arose from a cause that did not reach us.

The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Ali Khudair Hajji from the University of Kufa – College of Mixed Education as Chairman, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jawad Kazem from the College of Imam Al-Kadhim (Peace be upon him) – Najaf Sections as a member and Assistant Professor Dr. Nahida Jalil Abdul Hassan from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences as a member And Assistant Professor Dr. Hamid Jassim Abboud from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences as a member and supervisor, and the Scientific Committee took all the efforts made by the student and awarded her a master’s degree in Sharia and Islamic Sciences.
