Within the framework of joint scientific cooperation between Iraqi universities, the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Dargham Karim Kazem Al-Mousawi, participated in the membership of the committee for discussing the doctoral thesis of the student Osama Muhammad Baqer in the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa, on Sunday 10/1/2021 and in the college hall Jurisprudence The thesis was entitled (The theory of the nation’s guardianship over itself and its effect on determining the form of the state), and the proceedings of the discussion ended with the student obtaining a doctorate in jurisprudence.
