The College of Islamic Sciences organized a memorial ceremony for the soul of the deceased Dr. Suzan Al-Taie on Thursday, 2021/7/29. The memorial ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Dhar’am Al-Mousawi, the scientific and administrative assistant, and a group of professors of departments and graduate students, as well as the family of the deceased, headed by her husband, Prof. Dr. Amjad The professor at the Department of Arabic Language – College of Islamic Sciences
The ceremony began with a fragrant recitation of the Holy Qur’an, then a speech by the Dean of the College, in which he recalled the virtues and morals of the deceased, and some exhortation and guidance words. That was the speech of Prof. Dr. Amjad Al-Fadhel, in which he thanked the Deanship of the College of Islamic Sciences and the Syndicate of Academics, Karbala Branch for their efforts in establishing this remembrance.
The memorial ceremony also included the speech of the assistant professor, Dr. Hamid Al-Ghurabi, the representative of the professors, giving a speech on behalf of the union and the college professors, which included prayers and hope for the deceased for mercy and forgiveness, and that God dwells in his vast gardens and inspires her family and relatives patience and solace that he is listening and responding. Then the ceremony was concluded by reciting Surat Al-Fatihah dedicated to the soul of the late deceased Suzan Al-Tai and to the souls of dead Muslims
