Under the patronage and presence of the President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Bassem Nayel Al-Saidi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Dhargham Al-Moussawi, the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala held the annual festival of creativity and exhibition of scientific miracles in the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Sunnah at ten o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, corresponding to 5/18/2022
The exhibition, which was held on the grounds of the college under the slogan (Let’s make the University of Karbala a media and faith beacon, as it is a scientific and educational beacon) included a number of handicrafts made of various materials that took different forms in decorating as well as hand knitting in addition to the exhibition’s inclusion of drawing boards, plastic art paintings and writing on Glass, which was attended by a selection of professors and students of the college.
The exhibition also included samples of the theses, theses, and distinguished scientific literature for all departments of the college and in the scientific disciplines of the college, in addition to an exhibition of the scientific miracles of the date palm, which is an independent exhibition in which the types of dates and documentation related to the date palm and paintings showing the scientific miracles of the Quran were presented.
It witnessed a remarkable turnout from members of the academic and administrative staff and university students from various faculties. The exhibition was also honored with the attendance of a number of students of determination.
It is worth noting that the exhibition, which coincided with the anniversary of the College Day, aimed to promote a culture of innovation and exchange of ideas and experiences among the participants through their distinguished creativity, and to spread the spirit of creativity, competition and self-confidence, and to consolidate the value of “I am an innovator.” Because the Islamic cultural and literary aspect is complementary to the aspect Scientific creativity.
