The Department of Quranic Studies at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a scientific visit for the students of the third stage, the evening study, to the college library in the university presidency, on Tuesday 11/15/2022.

The visit, in which the students were accompanied by the faculty member in the department, Dr. Haider Abdel-Hussein Abdel-Sada, aimed at getting acquainted with theses, treatises, valuable books, magazines and periodicals, as well as introducing students to the way to search for the books they need easily and easily through the electronic index program.

For his part, the lecturer in the department, Dr. Haider Abdel-Hussein, referred to some things that the student must be aware of, which is how to select the correct information from scientific books and how to methodology for writing scientific research. Students were introduced to the method of working the Dewey Decimal Classification and the Congressional Classification L.C.

In turn, the students expressed their thanks and gratitude for this scientific initiative, and praised the role provided by the library and the services it provides that contribute to the development and development of the educational process.
