A discussion of the master’s thesis tagged with (Coherence in the Holy Qur’an – An Interpretive Study) was held in the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, by the student Maha Yasser Ahmed Hassan Al-Husseini, on Thursday 12/1/2023.

The search focused on the interpretation of the imperative, which was defined as “the abandonment of the direct verbal meaning to a word that is inseparable from its requirements, or: the interpretation of a word or a verse that is inseparable from it.” This is what prompted the researcher to seek the help of linguistic and rhetorical investigations, such as statement, metaphor and its divisions, metonymy and its divisions, news, puns, and the relationship between Quranic binaries in terms of adjective, addition, conjunction, etc., as well as clarifying some terms related to correlation, in addition to shedding light on correlation as proof that has functions in interpretation and a statement of its validations. to the interpreters.
