The significance of the book lies in shedding light on Jiran Al-Aoud Al-Namiri, an Islamic Umayyad poet who pioneered a distinctive style different from his contemporaries, especially in his narrative panels interwoven with poetic formulations and expressive social images. He organized his poetry into diverse themes, carefully attuned to poetic objectives, harmoniously flowing with musical tones, including metaphors, actions, imagery, and colors. His poetry stimulates awareness and taste in the audience, alongside the dominance of the realistic direction, which remained central in much of his poetry
