The training course was concluded at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, entitled “How to publish in scientific journals within the Scopus and Clarvit databases,” for the period from 24 to 31 October 2023.

The course was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hadi Abdel Amir, Assistant Professor Dr. Thaer Mahdi Madloul, and Instructor Dr. Sajida Falih Hassan, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Judhaili.

It is worth noting that the session came out with a number of recommendations, including:

• The necessity of paying attention to scientific publishing, because of its great importance in enriching knowledge and developing scientific research.
• The necessity of reviewing research before publishing it, to ensure that it conforms to scientific standards.
• The necessity of adhering to the ethics of scientific publishing.

At the end of the course, the participants praised the level of content and organization, and expressed their thanks to the college for organizing this valuable course.
