The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala has achieved second place in the Sixth National Quranic Competition

Student Haider Raed Al-Mahdawi from the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education, First Stage, Morning Study, obtained the second place in Iraq in the Sixth National Quranic Competition for recitation, memorization, and interpretation. The competition was organized by the College of Imam Al-Kadhim (AS) in Babil, in collaboration with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (AS), and he represented the Holy University of Karbala.

The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala has also achieved second place in the Sixth National Quranic Competition. The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Aboud Al-Ta’i, praised the achievement of the student and called for attention to extracurricular activities in all fields, particularly in the field of Quranic culture, reading, and recitation among the students.
