Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Aboud Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, attended the proceedings of the scientific conference on sustainable tourism organized by the College of Tourism Sciences. The conference included participation from a group of researchers and academics.

He was accompanied by University President Professor Dr. Basim Khaleel Nayel Al-Saedi, his assistant for administrative affairs Professor Dr. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri, and the Head of the Higher Education Committee in Karbala Governorate, Dr. Mohsen Al-Kanani. Additionally, several deans of faculties and official figures from the governorate were in attendance.
