The Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, received a Certificate of Excellence awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This recognition was given for achieving first place in the Iraqi university ranking for the year 2023, competing against similar disciplines in both public and private universities and colleges.
