The committee formed within the Department of Jurisprudence and Its Foundations at the College of Islamic Sciences convened to draft the self-evaluation report for the department, based on a set of criteria outlined in the Islamic Sciences College Programs Accreditation Guide.
The tasks of the self-evaluation committee include:
- Data Collection: Gathering information related to various aspects of the department’s performance, such as academic performance, administrative efficiency, and the services provided.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing the collected data to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Conducting interviews and surveys with faculty members and stakeholders to obtain their opinions and assessments.
- Performance Evaluation: Using the specified criteria to assess how well the department is meeting its objectives and fulfilling its mission.
- Report Preparation: Drafting a detailed report that includes the committee’s findings, as well as the recommendations and improvements required.
At the conclusion of the committee’s work, specific recommendations were made to enhance performance based on the results obtained.
