The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala held a defense for the master’s thesis titled Gratitudinal Rules and Provisions in Imami Jurisprudence: An Analytical Study by student Doha Fawaz Salman in the College of Education’s hall.

The thesis aimed to explore several key aspects of gratitudinal rules and provisions, analyzing their content, scope, exceptions, and practical applications. The study focused on how these rules are frequently mentioned in the Quran, the Hadith, and the works of Imami jurists.

The researcher highlighted that the concept of “gratitude” is closely related to verses and Hadiths of rulings, making it a recurring theme in the writings of jurists, exegetes, and scholars of various disciplines, particularly in jurisprudence, where it holds significant implications across multiple legal chapters.
