Abstract

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Compassionate, Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the best prayers and peace be upon the Beloved, the Chosen One, and his God of good and fragrant goodness, and after.
The reasons that prompted the researcher to delve into this field are that at the beginning of the sixties of the last century, multiple names were launched, one in the name of renewal, and the other in the name of contemporary, and they chose the path of interpretation from criticism and study; Hence, the masters of modernity turned to the Qur’anic texts, and the first material for the sciences of the Qur’an was for them to remove the meanings and rob the sanctity of the Holy Qur’an, because religion is divine and fixed, while the modernist thought sees it as a thought that was previously copied by metaphysics from the death of the author, the deification of man, the humanization of religion, and the substitution of man in the place of religion. To historical and hermeneutical approaches to revelation and others, and imposed them on the legal text to reach the deduction of legal rulings on the grounds of their understanding of the Qur’anic text, after they rejected the methods of Islamic interpretation and understanding that the scholars of the nation agreed upon, and followed approaches that they called the contemporary reading of the religious text and adopted rulings without evidence, in order to clothe themselves with the truth. Falsely, in the name of “enlightened modern Islam” they abolished the unseen and distorted the words from their places, and in the name of “undisciplined ijtihad”, “renewal”, and “rationalism” they distorted the meanings of the Qur’an, and in the name of enlightenment they took the texts out of what is agreed upon, and they mixed the original with the extraneous, and the presumptive with the definite. , and the arbitrator by the similarity, and the abrogated by the abrogated, and what is permissible in which the dispute is not permissible, in addition to their lack of respect for the sanctity of the Noble Qur’an, so they treated it as the rest of the texts, reaching by that sayings that Muslims had not known before, such as saying that the provisions are historical, and that the Qur’an is not a book of legislation, and that The verses of rulings in it are few, suitable for the primitive conditions in which Muslims lived, and that they do not fit the spirit of the era, and that the rulings of legislation in the Qur’an are not absolute, but each verse related to an incident in itself is specific because of the revelation. It ignores the understanding of the public to respond to the adoptions of modernity, so the thesis was divided into an introduction, and the first chapters dealt with the foundations and methods of the masters of modernity, then I followed it with a second chapter dealing with the most important foundations and starting points of the fundamentalists for understanding the text, and then the last two chapters served as the applied field for the verses of rulings.
