Abstract

In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Compassionate. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, who bestowed knowledge on us and made the first words of his great book (Read) and the best of prayers, and completed salutations on the beacon of knowledge in the east and west of the earth.
The science of jurisprudence is considered one of the most honorable sciences in status and status, the highest value and the greatest benefit, and there is no doubt about it that every science gains its honor from the honor of its subject, and the honor of the science of jurisprudence is its subject, which is the knowledge of subsidiary legal rulings from their detailed evidence, and among the branches of the science of jurisprudence: contemporary jurisprudence (The jurisprudence of emerging events and innovations) Contemporary life is full of many new issues that did not have previous independent jurisprudential texts, and need a later jurisprudential consideration, and the Muslim is legally mandated to search and know the ruling of God Almighty in them, so that he remains within the fence of the honorable law, and does not fall within the limits God Almighty, and not excessive in his religion, and one of the contemporary issues is the use of man as an orbit to conduct various scientific experiments and researches. God Almighty has put instincts in man that push him to research and consider the secrets of this universe and its
laws, as he deposited in it the faculty of knowledge, research, exploration and development to link things, causes and results that benefit him, so man conducted tests and experiments in every aspect of this vast universe, even his body He was not immune from his experiences and tests. This study, tagged with (human samples in scientific experiments – a jurisprudential study), came in order to know the extent of the legality of conducting scientific experiments on the human body in Islamic law, and what are the legal provisions and controls that govern scientific experiments, which must be observed and taken into account in all An experience that affects the human body, so as to prevent harm to it, as this issue is so important that we cannot condone it or ignore it.
The thesis was organized on an introduction and five chapters in which the researcher stood on the provisions of conducting scientific experiments on humans, such as medical experiments (therapeutic – non-therapeutic – surgical – and clinical), psychological experiments, chemical experiments, biological experiments, and the provisions of conducting experiments on unprotected blood, and on fetuses. Then came the conclusion in which it dealt with the most important results that I reached during the research journey, followed by many recommendations, and followed by appendices that included the questionnaires of our great references (their shadow lasted). Then, we mentioned the list of sources and references that contained all the sources and references that we relied on in our study, which mixed between the modern and the old.
