The activities of the 11th Entrepreneurship Initiative Course commenced on its first day at the College of Islamic Sciences, under the patronage of Professor Sabah Wajid Ali, President of Karbala University, and under the supervision of Professor Muhammad Hussein Aboud Al-Ta’i, Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences. The course was presented by the certified trainer and faculty member, Assistant Lecturer Imad Abdul Redha Hamid.
The course lasts for five days and includes participants from various colleges and disciplines. Its aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for establishing and developing practical projects, in addition to enhancing skills through practical training on preparing well-planned strategies and turning them into executable ideas with clear objectives.
The course covered three main modules:
- The first module provided a historical overview of economic development, covering the eras of capital, the machine age, and increased production, with a focus on the influence of consumers on the global economy.
- The second module presented real-world examples from the global economy to clarify fundamental economic concepts.
- The third module focused on practical exercises and assessments, including conducting feasibility studies for various projects.
