Abstract

It is no secret to the follower that Hadith jurisprudence is a late modern term, and although the term has been mentioned in the hadith by pens, It represents very important part of legislation and, it is part of Jurisprudential heritage to the Imamiyyah doctrine.
What the research tried to achieve in this thesis with diligent effort is to seize the resources of hadith jurisprudence, and to explain the image of deduction and narrative understanding, through researching this science, which adopts the understanding of hadith away from the moral and scholarly aspect, and this was done through what was reviewed of the importance of this science and its origins. According to the Imami, as well as formulating its controls, rules, and buildings
Jurists in deduction and clarification, which they engage in in the field of understanding and jurisprudence of hadith.
It is also difficult to understand the efforts of Sheikh Muhammad bin Al-Hassan Al-Amili, and his long-standing contributions in this message, as the efforts mentioned represent a small fraction of the great and venerable person.
From his works, it is difficult to comprehend the outputs of the sheikh, the jurist and the noble investigator, in a limited vision and a passing reading, and this is clear in what he reviewed of deductions and deductions, as his book contained transmitted and reasonable investigations of branches and principles.
Finally, the research will focus on two important benefits, the first of which is paying attention and insight into the importance of the book Istijsar Al-Iqbar, as this book represents an introductory identity for the greatest efforts of Sheikh Al-Amili.
The second benefit is understanding the resources of hadith jurisprudence, its controls and rules, as well as its history and great importance in the deductive arena.
