Assistant Professor Dr. Saeed Hameed Kazem Wanas, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities in recognition of his academic and research efforts.
