The study of these provisions came in the light of the jurisprudence of the Imamis، and the clarification of their jurisprudential opinions regarding them Take care to clarify the rules and rulings of gratitude. Jurists have explained gratitude، its reasons، and its philosophy. As well as Relying on the narrations of Ahl al-Bayt(peace be upon them)by explaining the \interpretation of the Qur’anic verse and explaining the topic Gratitude through the narrative text about the infallible، peace be upon him)
The jurists turned to studying the jurisprudential rules of gratitude and the rulings of gratitude by relying on the Imami
jurisprudential sources. My study in this thesis is based on
explaining the term gratitude in the Imami jurisprudential rules and rulings، because it received great attention from the Imami jurists، as they put it in A set of jurisprudential rules and rulings.
The purpose of our study is to explain the sources of gratitude and its multiplicity by the One who bestows blessings upon His servants، who has graciously favored Him With great grace to the servants through His countless blessings.
