As part of its academic and cultural activities, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala took part in the events of Imamate Week organized by the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine. The college was represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hussein Abboud Al-Taie, the Administrative Assistant Dr. Sadiq Abbas Al-Hasnawi, and faculty member Prof. Dr. Saeed Hameed Kadhim.
This participation reflects the college’s academic engagement with major religious and intellectual events and its commitment to reinforcing scholarly presence in forums that promote Islamic identity and the heritage of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). The week’s program included a variety of scientific and cultural activities with contributions from researchers and scholars from various universities and academic institutions.
This event adds to the college’s series of ongoing participations aimed at serving religion and society, and demonstrates its dedication to fostering cooperation between academia and respected religious and intellectual centers.
