The Deanery of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala invites the top three graduates from each academic year (morning and evening studies separately), starting from the academic year 2011/2012 up to 2023/2024, to visit the Student Affairs Division at the college.

This is for the purpose of updating their personal data and filling out the official form required by the Federal Service Council in order to obtain their employment code (Code).

Please note: A separate form will be opened later for graduates of the academic year 2024/2025.
