Professor Dr. Saeed Hamid Kazem Al-Wannas, a faculty member in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala, has been selected as a member of the scientific committee of the international conference organized by the Al-Dhad International Center for Proofreading and Editing in cooperation with the World Association for the Defense of the Arabic Language, on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

The conference will be held under the title:
“Women and the Arabic Language between Authenticity and Renewal in the Digital Age,”
with the slogan:
“Women and the Arabic Language: Digital Creativity and Linguistic Leadership,”
and will feature the participation of a distinguished group of academics and researchers from various Arab and international universities.

This selection comes in recognition of Professor Dr. Saeed Al-Wannas’s academic and scholarly standing and his notable contributions to the fields of Arabic language and linguistic studies. It adds to a series of scientific participations and memberships that reflect his active presence in conferences and academic events inside and outside Iraq, contributing to enhancing the scientific and cultural standing of the University of Karbala and the College of Islamic Sciences.
