A new scholarly work titled “The Virtues of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)” (Fadha’il al-Imam Ali) has been recently published. The book was compiled and classified by researcher Qahtan Amer Al-Taie, a Master’s student at the College of Islamic Sciences, as part of the “Quranic Encyclopedia of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT)” project—one of the most prominent specialized scientific encyclopedias in Quranic studies related to the Household of the Prophet.

This release comprises Volumes 37 and 38 of the encyclopedia, which consists of 60 volumes in total. This reflects the extensive scholarly effort dedicated to documenting the Quranic and narrational heritage associated with the lives of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).

Key Highlights of the Publication:

  • Content: The book explores the most significant virtues and merits of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib by reviewing relevant Quranic verses and authentic Hadiths (narrations) from reliable sources.
  • Analytical Approach: It provides a scholarly analysis that highlights the spiritual and intellectual status of the Imam (PBUH).
  • Academic Goal: This work aims to serve Islamic heritage and enhance specialized Quranic studies by providing documented, systematic content that enriches the Islamic library.
