The Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Durgham Karim Al-Mousawi, has issued the book (Al-Qutouf Al-Dania in Clarifying the Second Episode), as part of a modern academic formulation of the science of origins to enrich, renew and activate the fundamentalist research in addressing contemporary issues.

The book dealt with the definition of the science of assets, its usefulness and its basic terms, in addition to mentioning comparisons between fundamentalist terms and many of the differences between them, in preparation for knowing the method of legal ruling and its divisions, the phenomena of the Holy Book and inference in the honorable Sunnah. The book discussed the methods of deduction and general rules in the evidence obtained, defining the method in evidence and principles, means of emotional proof, aspects of inference, and a number of fundamental and intellectual approaches to the opinions of scholars and mujtahids. In order to enrich the fundamentalist research, develop its objectives and activate it in addressing contemporary issues and complement the scientific methodology on which it is based.

One of the most prominent stylistic characteristics that distinguishes the book is the ingenuity in presenting ideas and accuracy in their organization and logical sequence, with an academic stylistic formulation characterized by asking questions at the beginning of each lesson to crystallize ideas for the recipient, as well as a statement of the importance of research in each topic being addressed, and the need for it in relation to For researchers and students of knowledge, it was followed by attaching the demands to a set of diagrams at the end of each topic to facilitate these demands for learners and to identify ideas in an automatic way and to reach a deep understanding of this science, which requires the student’s mind to move from the framework of the topic in search of its connection with other topics and comprehensive awareness of the topic from each Its aspects, down to the core idea through analysis and comparison
