The Department of Qur’anic Studies at the College of Islamic Sciences organized a party on the occasion of the birth of the Master of the Two Universes and the Seal of the Prophets, the Chosen One Muhammad (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family), and his grandson Imam Jaafar al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, in cooperation with the students of the department for morning and evening studies on Tuesday 10/18/2022

The ceremony began with a fragrant recitation of the Holy Qur’an, then the speech of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Professor Dr. Dhargham Karim Al-Mousawi, reviewing the biography of the Prophet Muhammad “may God bless him and his family and grant them peace” and the miracles that God Almighty revealed to His Noble Prophet, referring to the work of his approach, adherence to his Sunnah and the application of What came down on him, praising the efforts made by the organizers of the honorable ceremony.

Then the head of the Qur’anic Studies Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nazim, delivered his speech in which he spoke about the role of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in consolidating the principles of morals and Islamic values, as well as urging students to continue and persevere in this year despite all the challenges that the country is experiencing at the present time.

Then came the words of the students, who emphasized them on making the memory of the Prophet’s birthday a beacon that brings joy to the hearts of the Islamic nation, and in which the unity of class and word prevails, and the achievement of the highest degrees of scientific and cognitive excellence for building the new Iraq.

The ceremony also included some activities, poems and songs that sing the love and praise of the beloved Mustafa (may God bless him and his family).
