Praise be to Allah for His generous blessings and prayers and peace be upon, what is in the world and the hereafter, the faithful Prophet Mohammed and his pure and beautiful sect remains the second part, which was revealed by the revelation to the Holy Prophet (PBUH), pouring out his gifts to all those who want to get this net appointee from the honorable year. the final message, where the whole sentence was separated and allocated general and unrestricted and also filled the prospects of Islamic legislation and from this year what is kept under the title of the weak talk, which was and still is a process of research in purification and correction and in view of the increasing need of Muslims in the statement of the provisions of legitimacy to keep pace with developments of life and In this field, and this requires more efforts to find the right means to correct what can be corrected, thus preserving in this great heritage and benefiting from it.
These methods are followed by a witness who has received wide attention by scientists and the importance of the research department to rooting and applying.
On the first two chapters the authenticity of the followings and the evidence in the Islamic heritage and consists of two sections and the second chapter models applied to the follower and witness in the novels of Ahl Al-Bayet (pbm) and consists of two sections and then the conclusion and the most important results the research and praise be to God the Lord of the Worlds .
Through the process of research reached the results can be summarized as the most important of the following:
1 – When applying the follower and witness to the accounts of Ahal Al-Bayet (peace be upon them), it does not shorten the frequency of the weak news in the Sahaba, as is the case with the public, but it expands for all narrated from the infallible class of companions to the last narrator infallible that the honorable year continued to receive from the front to Half of the third century AH.
2 – The great novel legacy at the front needs to strengthen and correct the weak stories of the follower and witness of these means that can be used.
3 – The correction of weak accounts of the follower and the witness can expand to the novel heritage of the two groups, according to the objectivity of the researcher to reach the truth away from the ideas and outstanding small concerns.
4 – When the follower on the accounts of Ahl Al-Bayet (peace be upon them), if the follow-up with the same infallible or other infallible is one case at the front because the infallible are multiple channels for the honorable year.
- The same applies to the witness when applying it to the accounts of Ahl Al-Bayet (peace be upon them). The frequency of the weak news among the Sahabah, which enhances the possibility of correcting it, is matched by the frequency of the weak news among the narrators of the infallible (peace be upon them).
6 – Follower and witness does not mean synonym between them, but there is a subtle difference between the two conventions combined function and fruit, but each of them a special way to strengthen the weak novel.
