The Department of Qur’anic Studies at the College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala held a new session as part of a series of continuous meetings organized by the department and led by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nazim, Head of Qur’anic Studies Department and Department Rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rahi, in the presence of the department’s teachers, at ten o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, corresponding to 8/11/2022, and after the department head welcomed the ladies and gentlemen of the department and appreciated their efforts for what they offered to their dear students..

The meeting’s agenda included a number of axes, including discussing the department’s preparations to receive first-year students, preparing the curricula, and focusing on the vocabulary of subjects to supplement scientific outputs according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and the university and the directions of the Dean of the College. He directed faculty members to publish their research in recognized international and Arab journals within the impact factor. The meeting also discussed the mechanism of upgrading the scientific aspect of students’ research and urging professors to follow up on students’ absences and to explain the reasons for the interruption, if any. With the need to seek to establish the principle of brotherhood and love between professors and students. .
