Dr. Mawahib Al-Khatib, a faculty member from the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, achieved a “High Distinction” ranking in the competition for the Best Book of 2023 in Islamic books, organized by institutions of the Hawza and the University in Qom, Iran.
She participated in the competition with a book titled “The System of Intellectual Education in the Quran: An Interpretive Perspective.”
The book also took part in the annual international festival of Sheikh Al-Tusi, which aims to select the best scientific books and dissertations.
This achievement adds to the scholarly accomplishments of the College of Islamic Sciences, reflecting its dedication to involving its faculty members in various academic events.
