The College of Islamic Sciences organized a workshop titled “Components of the Mahdi Personality” under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Aboud Al-Ta’i, and organized by Assistant Lecturer Hassan Abdul Hadi Rashid for second-year students in the Department of Quran Sciences and Islamic Education.
The workshop aimed to shed light on the important components that young men and women should possess in order to be described as “Mahdi-like.” This is because they are loyal to Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance). The workshop also focused on evaluating the personality based on two foundations: spiritual growth and skills development. These two elements contribute to the development of a balanced personality capable of positively engaging with life and producing noble motives for correct decision-making, guided by rational thinking and wisdom, away from false beliefs.
At the end of the workshop, the Dean of the College praised the outstanding efforts made to develop the religious and academic aspects among the students by commemorating religious rituals in an outstanding academic manner. He wished everyone success and prosperity.
