The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences, in collaboration with the Department of Arabic Language at the University of Karbala, organized a workshop titled “Cultural Security and Its Role in Enhancing Positive Behavior: A Cognitive and Psychological Approach.” The session was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Sarmad Sahib Adel from the Department of Arabic Language.

The workshop focused on two main research themes: cultural security and positive behavior. The discussion emphasized the contrast between positive, constructive behavior and its opposite, aggressive behavior.

The workshop aimed to explore the interrelationship between cultural security and the mitigation of globalization’s impact, as well as fostering a generation that upholds a strong national identity rooted in its cultural heritage, promoting positive behavior among individuals.
