Abstract

Praise be to God for His great bounties and the prerequisites of
His bounties. The divine providence that accompanied the
researcher in his research journey and enabled him to delve into
the sea of the Qur’an had the greatest merit in overcoming the
difficulties of the research. In conclusion, the most important
findings of the researcher must be mentioned, as follows :
First: It has been proven to the researcher that empowerment is
one of the divine laws that took place on the previous nations, as
well as on the Islamic nation, and the Holy Qur’an has laid the
integrated foundations for this theory, and this is clear from the
verses that came narrating about that .
Second: The Islamic nation was not an innovation from the
previous nations, as it was included in the Qur’anic
empowerment .
Third: Empowerment can be divided into the desired
empowerment, which cannot come through wishes, so we must
strive hard to reach all kinds of empowerment through making
maximum efforts, and the promised empowerment, which is a
divine will for the worship of the righteous .
Fourth: The righteousness of the ruler is one of the elements of
empowerment, so the Muslim community must choose the
righteous ruler in order to lead them to the expected
empowerment, as well as standing up to the unjust ruler .
Fifth: Only the righteous among the prophets have achieved just
empowerment, and those who follow their path, and what we
expect in terms of empowerment pervading the world, must be
from this pure lineage
