The trip featured a series of purposeful activities aimed at introducing students to the cultural and religious heritage of the shrine.
The visit included a tour of the shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), where students performed the Ziyarat Warith al-Anbiya ritual to enhance their spiritual connection and faith.
Students also explored the Hussainiya Museum, learning about artifacts and relics associated with Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), as well as the history of Karbala, from its origins to the Arbaeen pilgrimage of the current year.
In addition, they visited the Manuscript Department to discover the handwritten heritage of Islamic scholars, the methods used in manuscript restoration, and witnessed practical demonstrations of historical manuscripts.
The trip offered students an enriching experience, combining academic knowledge with spiritual and cultural exploration.
