A Faculty Member from the College of Islamic Sciences Publishes a Book on the Legal Framework for Electronic Money Transfers

A new book authored by Dr. Khudair Mokheef Faris, a lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, has been published under the title: The Legal Framework for Electronic Money Transfers: A Comparative Study.

The first edition of the book comprises 273 pages and was published by the National Center for Legal Publications, Cairo, Egypt.

The book delves into the concept of electronic money transfers, their types, and their legal nature. It distinguishes electronic money transfers from similar concepts and examines their formation, conditions, and components. Furthermore, it explores the legal regulations governing electronic money transfers, the relationships arising from them, their termination, and the civil liability of banks for non-compliance with electronic transfer agreements, along with potential exemptions.

It is worth noting that the author has several publications in this field, adding to the scientific achievements of the College of Islamic Sciences in advancing academic research.
