Abstract
Praise be to God. We praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves and from the evils of our deeds. Whoever God guides, none can mislead him, and whoever He leads astray, none can guide him. May blessings and peace be upon the truthful and faithful Prophet, Abu Al-Qasim Muhammad, and upon his good and pure family.
The legacy of the Imams (peace be upon them) comes after the Holy Qur’an due to the eloquence and eloquence of their words. They are the shining spheres and luminous lights. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is one of the notables of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), whose speech was distinguished by eloquence and eloquence. He is the flowing river of divine knowledge, and he is the true scholar. The exceptional advisor and the most exalted speaker, when he speaks a word, whatever his position, is an argument against the creation, because the People of the House (peace be upon them) are an argument against us. The Musnad is a comprehensive and comprehensive book of the words of the Imam (peace be upon him), unlike Nahj al-Balagha. Therefore, our approach came to studying the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and the study was named ((Al-Hajjaj fi Musnad of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) by the scholar Hasan Al-Qabbanji (d. 1411 AH)), and the argument is one of the scientific methods that is used in the persuasive communication process and is taken by the arguers as an important element. To persuade the other party to provide convincing evidence and evidence; Al-Hajjaj is not limited to linguistic studies; Rather, it is in all important areas of life and it is done in a variety of different ways that are appropriate to the context and position, whether the argumentative event is educational, political, or scientific…etc. and according to the structure of the argumentation and the methods used by the argumentationist, whether it is according to the theory of Perelman, Decroux, Michel, or Dr.. Taha Abdel Rahman…and others.
The study was based on Perelman’s theory and its sections, quasi-logical arguments and their sections, arguments based on the structure of reality and their sections, arguments establishing the structure of reality and their sections, and according to Decroux’s theory and its argumentative structure, argumentative factors, links, argumentation, and argumentative ladders, and according to Mayer’s theory, which specialized in dialogic questioning argumentation, and the study included Al-Hajjaj metonymic, metaphorical, interrogative, and Dr. Taha Abdel Rahman, who specialized in dialogical argumentation, included the study of real and philosophical dialogical argumentation, close dialogue, and distant dialogue.
