A Faculty Member from the College of Islamic Sciences Delivers a Lecture on the Impact of Islamic Values in Character Building

Dr. Ibrahim Al-Ashtar, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences, delivered a lecture as part of the cultural festival “Fragrances from the Ahl al-Bayt”, organized by the Psychological Counseling Unit in collaboration with the Cultural and Artistic Activities Unit at the College of Applied Medical Sciences.

The lecture addressed the impact of Islamic values on character building and their role in promoting ethics and tolerance within society. Dr. Al-Ashtar emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from the life of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in facing life’s challenges and reinforcing noble humanitarian principles.

The lecture saw significant engagement from attendees, as Dr. Al-Ashtar highlighted the necessity of instilling Islamic values in individuals due to their fundamental role in achieving psychological and social balance and fostering a cohesive society.
