Abstract

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His most honorable, good and pure creation And after ;
The Arab sun has risen on the port of Andalusia and its throne with its artists, to enjoy the Belgian Sea as a new metropolis in which the name of the Lord is raised, tongues are blazing, and it has reached the heavens in a paradise that God loves with what it wants and desires, which is Andalusia
This scientific product was tried by the researcher, drawing inspiration from the cultural references from which the poets drew the mainstay of their material, which is their creativity. Among those poets is Malik ibn al-Muharil, the writer of suffering, by searching for the tagged cultural and religious references in Malik ibn al-Muharil, the writer of the two pains, tracing in it the most important sleep, situations, and events, from which he derived his material in poetry.
Creativity was qualified for the researcher to explore the limits and trace the beauties as they came and went and dissolved in the poet’s production in those events .
According to the requirements of the research, the research included three chapters. The study was concerned with introducing a definition of the vocabulary of the title. It came down to three demands. The first was in the concept of popular cultural reference, acceptable contemporary reference, the era of the poet Malik ibn al-Muharil and his identity
The first chapter focused on religious references and came to four sections. The first was concerned with studying the Noble Qur’an and was divided into: the direct Qur’anic, the indirect Qur’an, and the modified Qur’an. The second section covered the noble Prophet’s hadith, and the third section covered the honorable prophetic teacher and was divided into: the Mawlids, the Hijazis, and the Naaliyyat. The fourth section was for a comprehensive religious study and was divided into: the personalities of the prophets, the sacred personalities, and the outcast personalities
The second chapter was concerned with studying the historical and literary references in Ibn al-Muharjil and consisted of three sections. The first section on poetry was concerned with literary references, the second section was concerned with historical and historical references, and the third section was delved into the use of places and events .
Then a conclusion in which we explained the most important findings of the researcher, then a list of sources and references, the most important of which is the Qur’an, the Holy Book of Hadith, and even the books of heritage
