The Career Development and Employment Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, organized a workshop titled “Official Correspondence for Newly Appointed Employees or Job Seekers (Errors and Solutions)” in Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah Hall.

The workshop was presented by Ms. Huda Jawad Obeid, Director of the Dean’s Office.

The session aimed to highlight the proper way of drafting official letters and responding to them in a linguistically accurate and error-free manner, emphasizing the importance of precision and professionalism in writing. Additionally, the legal and administrative procedures associated with official correspondence were reviewed.

At the conclusion of the workshop, common mistakes in official correspondence were identified, and correct alternatives were provided to ensure the highest standards of accuracy in official writing.
