A Faculty Member from the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala Participates in a Ph.D. Dissertation Defense at the Faculty of Fiqh, University of Kufa

As part of the academic and scientific cooperation among Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Nahida Jaleel Al-Ghalibi, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences / University of Karbala, participated in the committee for the defense of a Ph.D. dissertation at the Faculty of Fiqh / University of Kufa. The dissertation, entitled: “Al-Durr Al-Nazid fi Mabahith Al-Taqleed by Sheikh Abbas bin Sheikh Hassan Kashif Al-Ghita’ (d. 1323 AH): A Study and Verification”, was presented by the researcher Yasser Jasim Al-Jabri, as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctoral degree in Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals.

The dissertation focused on studying and verifying the book Al-Durr Al-Nazid fi Mabahith Al-Taqleed, which is considered a significant work in the field of jurisprudence and legal theory.

This participation is part of a series of scholarly activities contributed by faculty members of the College of Islamic Sciences, aimed at enriching the academic landscape and supporting knowledge integration among educational institutions.
