Outstanding Academic Competition for Fourth-Year Students in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Islamic Sciences

Two students from the College of Islamic Sciences, Amal Hani Latif from the Department of Arabic Language and Esraa Ali Youssef from the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education, received special recognition from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, during the First National Conference on Volunteer Work 2025, honoring university volunteer teams across Iraq.

The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, university presidents, the head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, faculty members, and students. In his speech, Dr. Al-Aboudi praised the students’ outstanding contributions to volunteer initiatives, emphasizing that such efforts embody the living message of higher education and its tangible impact locally and globally.

This recognition reflects the College of Islamic Sciences’ commitment to fostering volunteerism and promoting a culture of social initiative among its students, enhancing their sense of responsibility and belonging within their communities.
