The Quran and its Arabic Language is a source of legislation and saintliness which supply both spirit and brain, provide people with different and much information and sciences. For that, Islamic Sciences College in University of Karbala considers the Quraan as a main origin by which it derive all sciences like linguistic, literature, rhetoric, fundamentals of jurisprudence, Quraan sciences and other sciences that relate to the Quraan and will be the main nutrition introduced to the students of bachelor, M.A and phD degrees in year 2020/2021 .
