Dr. Alaa Abdul-Kazim Jabbar, a lecturer in the Department of Qur’anic Studies – College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala, was chosen as a member of a special scientific committee to arbitrate the research of the first scientific conference of historical studies organized by Mardin University / Artkelo State University in cooperation with the Turkish Remar Academy in Istanbul, Turkey. It is worth noting that this choice was made due to its scientific standing and for its publication of several distinguished scientific research in scientific journals inside and outside Iraq, as well as its participation in many conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops.
