The College of Islamic Sciences discusses the methodological foundations of jurisprudential interpretation at Al’amamia

At the University of Karbala – College of Islamic Sciences, the public discussion of master’s student Ruwaida Saad Sattar Al-Araji about her thesis tagged with (methodological foundations in the jurisprudential interpretation at Al’amamia – presentation and analysis)The discussion started at exactly nine o’clock on Wednesday at Al-Sadiq Al-Amin Hall in the College of Islamic Sciences.

The thesis aims to study the methodological foundations of religious sciences, especially the explanatory ones. Because it provides effective and productive tools in understanding the Noble Qur’an. Because it is the first building block of any science, it helps researchers to enter research with a scientific mentality that is free from chaos. It also works to facilitate and facilitate the matter for researchers when knowing the strength of the science to be delved into and knowing its originality and extraneous sciences. It also helps researchers to reach results that are acceptable from an intellectual and logical point of view. Far from randomness, these foundations work to immunize the interpretative process and the jurist interpreter in particular from the influence of sectarianism and research into the performative weakness that affects the interpreter in some parts of his interpretation and works to fix and restore this performative weakness
