The workshop, which was presented by the students of the fourth stage in the Department of Arabic Language – College of Islamic Sciences, included three axes. The first axis was about the concept of despair and frustration, presented by the student Sarah Abdel-Amir. The second axis included the causes of frustration and despair presented by the student, Ghozlan Ibrahim, while the third axis was about dealing with despair and frustration. It was presented by the student Ali Mushtaq, and the workshop was enriched with interventions and discussions by the audience about the most important health and social methods that push to get rid of frustration and stay away from its causes. ..
